MeAndMyFish.org... Because every fish has its tale.

Still working out the logistics, but we’d launch out of the back of a cargo plane attached to kayaks in a pool of chicken-head chum, somewhere over shark-infested waters off South Africa. We’d glide down to the water with either parachutes or custom hang-gliders (TBD). Bow-hunting would be the method of choice. Great whites, the prey.

Sounds a bit excessive? Well, we had a lot of time to think on the fishing trip where we came up with the answer to “what’s the most extreme fishing you can think of.”

Hey Captain Crapfish Do you mean something like this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nsYJL6SJswE
This is my goal in my yak
It would have to be something like this... Fly into Northern Canada via Otter with two canoes strapped to the pontoons. Guide drops us off with our own gear, consisting of fishing poles, reels, line, rifles, sleeping bags, tent, and everything to keep us safe from the elements, including lake flies and mosquitoes. Before the plane takes off, the pilot says, "Have fun. I'll be back in two weeks." Proceed to canoe and explore hundreds of miles of waterways... lakes, inlets, outlets, streams rivers, etc. Char, Northerns, Muskie, Walleye... anything with teeth. If they aren't biting, shoot and track a moose. Hopefully lots of rain and weather. That way the plane might have to extend that two week departure time... and we'll have to shoot more moose. Dinner everynight with a fire on the bank would consist of moose, walleye, and what the hell... shoot a grouse for desert.
Nice dude! Hey, I'd be more likely to drop coin on the Bisbee's trip (there's a chance of return on investment); but for Canadia, check out these guys (http://www.hakailodge.com/). I spent a week with them a couple years back. They're right outside the inland passage on a series of 6 or 7 floating docks in a remote cove about 100 miles north of Vancouver. You float plane in and then while you're there, you just tell them when you want ot go out and they pack you up some beer and bait and give you a boat and a map. Pretty sweet!
Did you have good luck up there? I was just in Alaska on a day boat and out of five people we cought one King salmon. The best part of the trip was a fly by from a Bald Eagle. We thought it was soooo great at the time and then the next day we found out there not endagered anymore. I'll upload the photos shortly.
Hooked into one right off the bat, so I handed the rod off to somebody else. Beauty of Chinook, but I didn't see any more action until a couple days later (an hour before we left to be precise), when I reeled in for a decent skunk-saving salmon. Had fun catching fish off the dock and boozing, though. Also, spent a morning working some pretty big (30lbs+) halibut, too.
I agree with Troutslayer... how can the founder of this site use the crapfish as his call sign??? Hey, Captain... I hear Santa Fe Dam is holding a tourney this weekend. Maybe you can go head to head with the 11 year olds of the El Monte YMCA.
I feel like Catfish. The best place for it is at Parkway Grill. Mmmmmm So good......
